Living room from upstairs

This is the living from as viewed from the top of the stairs. The new couch, a pretty close match to the drapes, is the biggest piece of furniture in the room. The chair to the left is also new to this place, bought and assembled after we moved into the house. The map of Martha's Vineyard is above the fireplace. To the left on the wall, you can see some of our wine storage. We had too much to just keep in boxes, so we bought and built (that was a fun weekend...) two racks that hold 120 bottles each. They're nearly full, as is the refrigerator in the garage we use to keep white wines cold.
