This was the view from the back end of the house, what is now the dining room, towards the front door. With no furniture, a realtor's dream, you can envision what your own possessions will look like in a house. Unfortunately, what you don't always envision properly is that they won't fit, but that's a later story. One additional note: The bricks on the left are the fireplace. We have now lived in two California houses with fireplaces and never used either one. We just don't need to.
