The View to the Patio

Another plus, this is the enclosed patio. This space is enclosed in lattice work wood, with a corrugated plastic roof. Okay, we're not crazy about the plastic roof. However, it does NOT rain in this space, ever, as opposed to the ubiquitous pergolas that are everywhere out here. Now, we like pergolas, but this patio offered a lot of protection from the sun, complete rain shielding, and privacy, but it was space that was still undeniably outdoor space. It was another factor in favor of buying. And we hadn't even seen the second floor yet.
