The Sunroom, Empty

This was one of the biggest and best surprises of the house. There was a sunroom, an extension out over the back of the house, enclosed, but with screened windows everywhere. This room had nearly as much floor space as the living room, but with a lot more light. (No carpeting, though, just a painted concrete floor.) It's very well done, with a ceiling fan, all those screens, faux bamboo curtains, access right out to the patio... It was one of the influential factors in the decision to buy this house.
